Step 1: Measure & Mix

1. Remove the cap and squirt once from the bottle into it.
2. Fill the remainder with water up to the fill line on the inside of the cap.

1. Rinse your mouth and gargle for 60 seconds using the full contents of the cup before spitting.
2. Use twice daily for consistently fresh breath.
