A small amount of serum inside the cap can occur if excess product remains on the brush tip after use. Try the following solutions in order. 

• Solution 1: Wipe away the excess serum
  • Use a clean tissue or cloth to gently remove any serum from the brush tip and inside the cap after each use.
     
• Solution 2: Dispense only the amount needed
  • Only twist the pen until a small amount of serum appears on the brush tip. Dispensing more than necessary may result in excess product collecting inside the cap. 
     
• Solution 3: Store the pen upright
  • Whenever possible, store the Relief Serum Pen upright with the cap securely attached.
