If your Relief Serum Pen is not dispensing gel, try the following solutions in order:

• Solution 1: Twist the bottom of the pen slowly up to 30 times
  • Turn the bottom of the pen clockwise several times until the gel begins to flow into the brush tip. The first use may require up to 30 twists in order to prime the dispenser.
