Step 1: Prepare the Pen

1. Remove the cap from the tip of the relief serum pen.
2. Twist the bottom of the pen until a small amount of the GEL appears on the brush tip. The first use may require several twists to prime the pen.

Step 2: Apply the Gel

1. Smile wide and brush a thin layer of gel onto the sensitive areas of your teeth.
2. Note that you do not have to rinse your mouth - saliva will dissolve and carry away the gel naturally.

Step 3: Regular Use 

1. Apply as needed in addition to your normal oral care routine to reduce overall sensitivity.
