If your whitening strips are not adhering properly to your teeth, try the following solutions in order:

• Solution 1: Dry your teeth thoroughly
  • Before applying the strips, gently dry the front surface of your teeth with a clean tissue or paper towel. Excess moisture may reduce adhesion. 
     
• Solution 2: Apply the strips immediately after opening
  • Remove the strips from the backing and apply them promptly to help maintain their adhesive properties. 
     
• Solution 3: Press the strips firmly into place
  • Press the strips firmly against your teeth and smooth them into place, folding any excess behind your teeth if needed.
