If your Whitening Booster Gel pump is not dispensing gel, try the following solutions in order: 

• Solution 1: Prime the pump
  • On first use, the dispenser may up to 30 pumps before the gel begins to dispense. Continue pressing the pump slowly until the gel appears. 
     
• Solution 2: Check the pump nozzle
  • Inspect the pump opening for any dried gel that may be blocking the nozzle. Wipe the nozzle clean if necessary. 
     
• Solution 3: Hold the pump upright
  • Keep the bottle upright while dispensing to help the pump draw the gel properly.
