Yes, you can use the 44% whitening gel without whitening light by applying a thin layer of gel directly to the front surface of your teeth with a q-tip for the usual 30 minutes.

While the gel will still whiten your teeth on its own, the LED tray helps accelerate the whitening process, so you'll typically need more applications to achieve the same level of results as you would using the gel with the LED tray. For the fastest and most consistent whitening, we recommend using the gel together with the our whitening lights whenever possible.
