Your whitening results can vary depending on the type and severity of tooth staining, as well as how consistently the product is used. If you are not seeing the expected results, try the following steps before submitting a Whitening Guarantee claim.

• Solution 1: Complete the recommended treatment

  • For best results, use the whitening kit consistently for at least 12-14 applications before evaluating your final results.

• Solution 2: Ensure that the gel is applied correctly

  • Apply a thin, even line of whitening gel to the front surface of the tray so it remains in contact with the teeth being whitened.

• Solution 3: Review your whitening progress

  • Take photos before beginning treatment and compare them after completing the recommended 12-14 whitening sessions, as gradual improvements can be difficult to notice day to day.
