Rechargeable Whitening Light will not last the full 30-minute whitening session
Our rechargeable light is designed to provide about two 30-minute whitening sessions per full charge. If your light turns off before completing these sessions, try the following solutions in order:
Solution 1: Charge the light for a full 24 hours
Allow the light to charge continuously for a full 24 hours before use, even if it appears to have been charged previously.
After fully charging (green LED shows), begin a new whitening session and monitor the run time.
Solution 2: Ensure the light is positioned correctly on the charger
Confirm that the light’s mouth tray is facing towards the length of the charger’s cable (see photo below). The light may not charge if it is facing in the wrong direction.
Solution 3: Examine the light’s charging contacts
Slight corrosion can form on the light’s charging contacts over time due to moisture, making it unable to draw power from the charger.
Examine the two metal dots on the bottom of the light and look for any brownish corrosion.
If it appears some has formed, use a nail file or the tip of a sharp knife to scrape it off until you see shiny metal again.
Solution 4: Recharge the light after every whitening session
For best performance, recharge the light after each use rather than allowing the battery to remain discharged for extended periods.
