Our rechargeable light appears to be fully charged (green LED is displayed), but it does not turn on when the power button is pressed. Try the following solutions in order: 

• Solution 1: Confirm if the light has been removed from the charger

  • The light will not operate while it is connected to the charger.

  • Remove the light from the charger completely, then press the power button to turn it on.
     

• Solution 2: Clean and dry the power button

  • Moisture or whitening gel residue around the power button can occasionally affect its operation.

  • Wipe the light with a clean, dry cloth, paying particular attention to the button area, then try turning it on again.
     

• Solution 3: Perform a reset charge

  • Place the light back on the charger and allow it to charge continuously for another four hours, even if it already shows as fully charged.

  • Remove it from the charger and try powering it on again.
     

• Solution 4: Inspect for physical damage

  • Check the light for any visible cracks, water intrusion, or signs of damage that may prevent it from operating properly.

  • If the light has been dropped or exposed to excessive moisture, it may require replacement.
